Shipping policy

All packages ship from Canada with Canada Post each Wednesday.

Estimated shipping time:
US & Canada: 5-7 business day package was sent.
Elsewhere in the world: 8-14 business days (excluding the holidays)
​Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Atelier Forma is not responsible for packages delayed by postal services outside of Canada.

Customs and import taxes:
For international orders, clients are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Altering the customer's amount is illegal and won't be honoured.

Atelier Forma is not responsible for parcels lost by the postal service.
