Frequently Asked Questions
We're working hard to get your pieces to you as soon as possible. It usually takes to our team 4-5 weeks to process all work. You'll receive an email with designated pick-up times depending on where you've took your class. Thanks for your patience!
As per our website, it takes 4 to 5 weeks from the date of your event for work to be ready. Note that it can take upwards 5 weeks sometimes to receive a notification (pick-up email) that your pieces are ready. Delays may be due to a high volume of firings or other operational abnormalities.
Verify that your email is correct (email that you used to book or purchase extra piece at the workshop or if another person has booked for you). Pick-up email is sent to the same address used to book the event.
If it has been more than 5 weeks however, please select "Need more help" and one of our studio team members will get back to you with information about your pieces and their processing status.
