Wholesale/ commission agreement

CLIENT agrees to the wholesale purchase of Atelier Forma products at 30% off retail price per product with a minimum of 10 pieces of the same article. For exclusive collections, clients will receive 20% off the retail price. Atelier Forma reserves the right to refuse orders. 

 

The CLIENT is responsible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% for ordered items upon the agreement date. Production time is 4-8 weeks depending on the quantities of items ordered ( or if otherwise agreed ). Atelier Forma will start the production of products once both parties agree with the terms of the contract. CLIENT is responsible for the remaining 50% of the total amount upon completion of Atelier Forma products and before the order is shipped or picked up. If the CLIENT backs out of the agreement for any reason, a 50% non-refundable deposit will go to Atelier Forma. CLIENT is fully responsible for shipping the order with Canada Post or another courier of their choice. The total amount of the order agreed, plus shipping fees must be paid before the items are shipped by Atelier Forma or picked up by the client.
