We're working hard to get your pieces to you as soon as possible. It usually takes to our team 4-5 weeks to process all work. You'll receive an email with designated pick-up times depending on where you've took your class. Thanks for your patience!
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, and the date of your workshop. We will do our best to locate your work.
All pieces that are not collected after 30 days are donated, due to limited space in the studio. Thanks for your understanding.

If your child is 9+ you are more than welcome to register with them in any of our workshops. At the moment we do not offer classes for children younger than 9.

Yes! Please specify your name and desired class in an email to email@example.com and we will add you to the waitlist. You will receive an advanced notice to register for the next session.
Your receipt (proof of payment) serves as your confirmation of your class.
Our studios are routinely cleaned to minimize dust, which can be harmful to anyone if injested. If you have concerns, please speak with your doctor and reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Our instructors are professionnal ceramists from diverse background. Some are even past students that have acquired the skills needed to teach over a period of time.
Studio tools (such as sponges, ribs, etc.) and pottery wheels are accessible to our members and students. Kilns are accessible by our technical team only.
There is no gallery but we have a boutique on St-Laurent open to the public for purchases. An online boutique is underway.
For our St-Laurent location, parking is public and paid. For our Fabre location, free street parking is available.

In the case of cancellation by the client (minimum 24 hours notice), 50% of the total amount is non-refundable. You can see more about our cancellation policy on our cancellation page.

We do not take reservations for our workshops, as they fill up quickly, plus we offer many different dates and often have availabilities. We do offer reservations for our longer classes. The best is to sign up for our newsletter since the registration opens every 2 weeks. You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of any page of our website.
At our Fabre location, we can accommodate up to 9 people. At our St-Laurent location, we can accommodate up to 9 people for the front studio and up to 6 people for the back studio.

Gift cards, discounts and memberships
We have community classes with a sliding scale. Please browse the community workshops page for more info.
Please note that we require a one month deposit for Membership for both of our locations. It is your responsibility to give us one month's notice when you would like to end your membership, and at that time, your deposit will fulfill the payment for your last month.

Absolutely. However, you need to purchase your clay from us beforehand by visiting either one of our locations. Afterwards, you can drop off your work to be fired using our Firing services.
