SCULPTURE & BODY FORM WORKSHOP: 4 WEEKS

Your selected date is the first day of your multi-week session. The class runs on the same day and time each week for the following weeks.

In this 4-week class, we will explore the sculptural relationship between our sensing body and the nature of creating voice through form. With 2h30 of guided weekly classes and an additional 2h of open studio time each weekend, this class will cover the foundations of hand-building and provide students with the technical grounding to pursue open expression. Exploring organic shapes and curves, students will be encouraged to create sculptural forms. This class is not intended for making functional ceramics. All levels; beginners welcome.

You will be able to create and keep work with 5kg of clay that is included. No additional clay is available for purchase as this class focuses on process of sculpting. Pieces will be glazed by our team with the glaze of your choice. Your work will be available to pick up 4 to 5 weeks after the class. 

To make the most of your class: arrive with short nails, remove all jewelry, and wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
